With over 25 years of experience in the electronic music industry, Chicago-based Swanky Jones has been called “your favorite DJ’s favorite DJ” and is a technical monster when it comes to audio manipulation, production, recording, and engineering. A party rocker, through and through, Swanky’s been an integral part of hundreds of domestic and international events - holding residencies in New York and the Caribbean, where his seamless blend of house, drum & bass, hip hop, and dancehall have moved crowds by the thousands in multiple countries and major cities throughout the globe.

Cutting his teeth in the late 90’s as the rave shifted to today’s massive EDM movement, Swanky Jones has always brought an absolutely electric, crowd-controlling, and carefully curated energy to every dance floor with his unique and seamless blend of sounds - ranging from low to high-paced tempos with a wide range of genres and global musical influences.

As a foundational member the NY-based 209 Productions and ClubBenders factions, Swanky helped carry the torch of high-quality event production throughout the NE United States, and went on to help produce the largest event series the Caribbean island of Grenada has ever seen - Raveolution. His Binz & Needlz hiphop project landed him in DITC Studios playing his tracks in front of some of the biggest legends in hiphop and beat battle competition crowds around the US - ultimately leading to credits on major hiphop releases.

Now focused on a new project with long-time colleague and friend, DJ Truth aka Yowi B, Swanky Jones has been applying his many years of production expertise to a refreshing and new Chicago house/tech house sound, while continuing his long pursuit of dance floor destruction in Chicago, his hometown of New York, and beyond.
